LeeAnna McGinn, Founder and CEO of Energy Resilience Solutions, is focused on connecting government and industry to strengthen energy resilience and mission-critical infrastructure. Ms. McGinn brings more than 40 years of executive leadership, acquisition management, and program oversight experience.
Most recently, she served as Deputy Director for the Technology Acquisition Division at Customs and Border Protection where she executed the acquisition, deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced security systems and technologies to secure the southern border.
As a senior program manager, Level III Program Manager, and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), she ensured execution of complex contractor-supported programs involving everything from acquisition strategy, technology implementation, contractor performance to stakeholder engagement.
She has also led technical evaluation panels responsible for assessing proposals, evaluating contractor capabilities, and supporting source selection decisions for major government acquisitions.
Today, through Energy Resilience Solutions, Ms. McGinn assists all types of public and private organizations in identifying and advancing energy resilience initiatives.
ERS connects government and industry with qualified engineering, financing, technology, and implementation partners to develop innovative solutions involving combined heat and power (CHP), microgrids, distributed generation, backup power systems, and many other energy resilience technologies.
